Escape

    The traveling circus is spending the winter here in Kandern.  They have set up their living area next to the clay soccer field nearby  BFA.   Last week I was just getting to BFA to help in a class for the afternoon when I heard horses running down the street. Well, they had escaped from the circus pens and headed to the center of town! They were looking quite pleased with themselves, before some people were able to catch them and walk them back.

dorm days...

Here are a few of the guys from HBR the dorm that we are dorm parent subs for.  The guys on the couch are some of the juniors. In the middle of this one big hug from the freshmen is one of the R.A.'s  before she had the weekend off.  As you can see she is well loved by them :)

Wrestling Matches

The wrestling matches come to BFA.  Last weekend 4 other schools came to participate in the tournament.

There were 193 matches.    That made for a very long day for the wrestlers and fans.   Andrew wrestled and Rob worked the scoring table.  All in all it was a great day.

Andrew turned 15 in January !!

We still can not believe we have a teen :)

We celebrated with a gluten free chocolate cake topped with chocolate peanut butter frosting,  yum !
